your device's display in a window on your PC. All user input
on your PC is also passed to your device.

This license entitles the user to run the software on as many

Virtual CE was written entirely in C (both CE server and PC client).

Microsoft Visual Studio 2005, but can also be built with VS2008 or
Embedded Visual C++ 3.0/4.0.
